It allows to send on "demanded collection" notices and to receive "delivered/not delivered" reports, always through short text messages (SMS).

A goods collection request, happens through an SMS message sent to a trucker's cellular phone.

This message can be composed using user's Taigete Carrier interface or through connections to other existing informative systems.

The system is able to check, through the return receipt management, if message has arrived to its destination.

The delegate provides to debit receipts and load collections, always through a simple SMS answer message.

In case of missed receipt or of trucker unavailableness, Taigete Carrier, highlighting a critical status, allows to divert to another delegate the request.

A goods delivery confirmation happens through a short text message (SMS).

Through a "delivery result code" contained in message confirmation and customized in function of specific needs, the trucker can communicate a good result for an operation or a missed delivery [examples: 1) carried out delivery - 2) nobody to receive goods - 3) no one authorized to pay for a possible clash on delivery - 4) damaged or missing goods, etc.].

Another version of Taigete Carrier is also available: using a Pocket PC, allows treatment of a greater number of information between head office and vehicles.
